Return or Exchange Policies

We have a 15-day return policy. You will have 15 days after receiving your item or 2 days after purchase to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers can choose one of the following options once they have decided to return their item(s):

- Get a store credit of the same amount that don’t expire!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, hair products, and girls bathing suits).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  All sale items are final, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, we will send you the new item(s). The most efficient way to receive the desired item is by returning the current one. Once we receive your return, we will dispatch the new item(s) to you.

The store does not refund any items. Customers have the option to return and receive store credit for the purchase of any other products of the given amount. The store does not provide refunds, offers store exchange or store credit for returns.
